Sorry I've only just got around to this, but the underlying cause is that
the original description in the ddtp database got corrupted which means
that when the DDTSS tried to insert the translation it couldn't find a
match.
I've gone through the data and found 6 packages with this problem and fixed
them by pulling the descriptions out of the original package files.
Attached is a file with the changes.

Hopefully this should solve the problems.
