Well, that package isn't active according to the database. And it only
exists in oldstable so it isn't offered for translation. Do you have
other examples? That certainly arn't any signs of corruption anywhere
in the logs.

Look at the bottom of this list[1]. It looks very similar for all
languages, including Italian.
