Use the first (shorter) version.  It's fancy word order but
grammatically valid and a fairly common idiom.  The second (longer)
version would need at least a bit of extra punctuation to work, and is
hard to interpret - the following list is a non-exhaustive selection
from the added packages, so it's unclear what "these" refers back to.
