You know the drill. In Debian, the door often opens with Debian Installer (not mandatory, but encouraged....this is a longstanding-enough effort to actually allow us to check the "resistance" of language teams...:-))). We don't have any Uzbek team, yet, no. Indeed, Central Asian languages l10n is not widely developed in Debian. We had some contacts with A Kazakh team, but translation effort is stalled for about 2 years now. I would very much welcome any effort to develop Uzbek l10n in Debian (and should I say this will directly benefit Ubuntu as well? In these days, this is an argument that's appreciated by many users/teams, whether we are enthusiast about this or not).
