No. The l10n stats script could not connect to ftp.debian.org to retrieve packages. As a consequence, and because such errors are currently badly handled in the script, it assumed that translations were removed, which is obviously not correct.. So, don't worry, nothing bad happened to D-I related translations. Indeed ALL translators subscribed to the D-I l10n monitoring robot did receive these notifications.
