Three of them: it's very hard to eliminate typos completely, I think. The longer you examine a file, the more likely it is that your eye will skip over a typo, filling in what it expects to be there (and the more experienced a reader you are, the more likely that behaviour is). That's why someone encountering it for the first time is most likely to detect typos.
