Greetings, The Debian host on which I test Hurd is dual-boot (Linux/Testing, Hurd/Unstable). Running 'apt-get update' takes about one minute on Linux, but a full hour on Hurd. The host has 3 Gb of RAM and 2 Gb of swap. I cannot help but wonder what makes such a simple operation so slow on Hurd. Am I missing anything?
Cheers! Martin-Éric
