Hi Samuel,
in the stage3 -> stage2 rename, another mistake crept in. You also moved
some headers around. In doing so, you had to split up the match for
usr/include and one of the resulting match is usr/include/ddekit, which
is not included for the new stage2 (formerly stage3). However, it lacks
the relevant <!stage2> annotation, so dh_install errors out. Please run
the following sed invocation on a source tree to fix it:
sed -i -e 's:^usr/include/ddekit :<!stage2> &:' debian/hurd-dev.install.in
