Today, I downloaded http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/ports/latest/hurd-i386/debian-hurd.img.tar.xz thrice via wget (302 redirected to http://caesar.ftp.acc.umu.se/cdimage/ports/10.0/hurd-i386/debian-hurd.img.tar.xz each time). But I couldn't decompress it:
