Here is Ctreads tutorial. Tutorial is in README. All examples are in own files in addition to being included in README. There is a Makefile (for GNU make), so you can easily compile all examples
Comments highly appreciated. There are a few FIXMEs for implementation-specific problems, and things I am not sure. Have fun.
