termutils not 2.0 [[ What does it contain? ]]
It's a standard GNU distribution, containing tput and tabs.
Since Debian uses ncurses, we shouldn't need termutils, right? (maybe tabs is useful on a terminfo-based system, I don't know, but ncurses has its own tput)
