Hello. I put new gnumach snapshot at duff.kuicr.kyoto-u.ac.jp:/pub/mach. gnumach-19990116 is much better than gnumach-withnewlinuxdev-19981202 that I annouced about 7 weeks ago, so if you are using the old one, you should replace it with the new one.
Main changes: * Fixed the network glue code. * Applied the keymap patch, which Marcus Brinkmann posted in the debian-hurd mailing-list. * Added `kmsg' device, which holds kernel messages. If you want to use the `kmsg' device very soon, then you need to get a special translator for it called as hurd-kmsg-0.1 from: ftp://duff.kuicr.kyoto-u.ac.jp/pub/hurd/hurd-kmsg-0.1.tar.gz This is required because the storeio translator doesn't work with kmsg. I'm now investigating that problem, so the special translator will disappear in the near future. Thanks, OKUJI ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ~o o~ OKUJI Yoshinori <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> s ) http://duff.kuicr.kyoto-u.ac.jp/~okuji (check "okuji.asc" !)
