Hi! I'm packaging Sigstore's "cosign" tool for Debian and it needs the amazon-ecr-credential-helper Go library. I noticed you had packaged this for Debian, but it doesn't provide the library golang-github-awslabs-amazon-ecr-credential-helper-dev package.

If you want, I fork the project on salsa and fix things and send to you for review (or simply do this as team work in the Go team above).
