TLDR: this missing package is blocking updates for syncthing as well as golang-github-gocql-gocql.FWIW, I just notice golang-github-gocql-gocql 1.2.1-2 has migrated to testing.
Just for the record, that happened because I patched gocql 1.2.1 to build with the 2.5.1 lz4 API that is in Debian. I would definitely prefer an actual golang-github-pierrec-lz4.v4 so that patch can be removed again.
