The library was designed for creating many patterns and using them many times, while not retaining the exact same behaviors and features as the original library. The main goals are simplicity, speed, and ease of use. This is a requirement to update crowdsec: https://lists.debian.org/debian-go/2022/10/msg00018.html This package replaces the existing golang-github-logrusorgru-grokky, which can be removed after crowdsec has been updated.
