Hi the Go team and some Go package maintainers, In the discussion[1] with Release team, I and Paul(from Release team) find it hard to fix packages in buster only.
golang-golang-x-net-dev in unstable has RC bug. It's now fixed, then we
need to binNMU all the rdepends. However due to some packages are
different in testing from unstable, like golang-golang-x-sys, causing
packages can't migrate to testing after binNMU in unstable, for the
Built-Using reason. (In short, you can threat that every upload of a Go
package triggers a transition, and transition is forbidden in freeze.)
So, to clean this mess up, I plan to revert all the new version in
unstable, to make packages align with testing. You can get more
information at #928227 about this decision.
