Hi,

There is a recent upcoming change in the Israeli daylight saving law.
It has been included upstream and in version 2013d (currenty in Sid and
Jessie).

https://github.com/eggert/tz/commit/c7438a654395f4754fb5c703f839aafa0fd1fa1d

However this change has not made it into the Wheezy version:

$ zdump -v /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Jerusalem | grep 'Oct.*2013'
/usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Jerusalem  Sat Oct  5 22:59:59 2013 UTC = Sun Oct
 6 01:59:59 2013 IDT isdst=1 gmtoff=10800
/usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Jerusalem  Sat Oct  5 23:00:00 2013 UTC = Sun Oct
 6 01:00:00 2013 IST isdst=0 gmtoff=7200

whereas with the content of the Sid package (tzdata_2013d-1) I get:

/tmp/tz/usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Jerusalem  Sat Oct 26 22:59:59 2013 UTC =
Sun Oct 27 01:59:59 2013 IDT isdst=1 gmtoff=10800
/tmp/tz/usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Jerusalem  Sat Oct 26 23:00:00 2013 UTC =
Sun Oct 27 01:00:00 2013 IST isdst=0 gmtoff=7200

Would it be possible to fix this in the stable version?
