This is worked around in upstream glibc 2.14 using symbol versioning, but that hasn't been released yet. /usr/share/doc/libc6/NEWS.Debian.gz explains some debugging tools and short-term workarounds. See [2] for the relevant Debian libc6 report. But of course, it is a flash player bug. Reading over the existing bug log, it even seems like there is a patch available.
