setxattr, fsetxattr and lsetxattr are ENOSYS stubs.  This
results in libacl breakage:

  $ setfacl -m u:rmh:r /tmp/test
  setfacl: /tmp/test: Function not implemented

I think they can be implemented using the extattr family
of system calls:
