I'm not sure what exactly is going on here. I suspect I'm seeing this, but I can't tell for sure. My DNS server is running Debian and bind though, so I'm not sure how it could be a problem.
I don't think that libc6 should ship in Debian incompatible with so many servers by default, even if they are misconfigured.
