The sad part is that if it's just an issue with duplicate case statements,
it's a two-line fix.
case ENOTSUP:
case EOPNOTSUPP:
becomes:
case ENOTSUP:
#if ENOTSUP != EOPNOTSUPP
case EOPNOTSUPP:
#endif
