Running with an x86_64 kernel, libc6 2.3.2.ds1-8 breaks most programs
including gcc and df.

Reverting back to 2.3.2-9 fixes the problem.

OK... so I think it can be closed with the latest version.  If you
reappear this problem with the latest version, please reopen this bug.
