Ah, that's right. Hmm. OK, I decide to fix es_EC with the change for monetary as "USD". I contact to the Ecuador embassy in Japan (http://www.ecuador-embassy.or.jp/), and the member of the embassy staff said in 2000 Ecuador change their currency symbol from ECS to USD.
