hello,

I configured the locales i wanted when setting up the package
(Setting up locales (2.2.5-14.3) ...) but nothing was generated
and i needed to do a dpkg-reconfigure locales
to get it done...

It's fixed in 2.3.1-14, not 2.2.5.
