Jeff, It appears that the breakage in the glibc 2.2.93 catgets/tst-catgets test is due to sed breakage. Interestingly the problem appears to lie in libc perhaps as we are unique in building sed with --with-regex= which uses the libc regex instead of seds own regex. Can someone with access to a machine with glibc 2.2.5 installed please check the following for me. Grab the orig source tarball from the current debian sed package, untar it and do..
./configure --with-sed= make make check and see if that works under gcc 2.95.4 and gcc 3.2? Thanks in advance. Jack -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
