eodag can stay for now, to be reconsidered by the time of the forky freeze.

I have now a working version of the debian package for eodag [1].
Could you please create a repository on salsa for it (I have was pretty
sure that you already did but I didn't manage to find it).
I know that this is not a good moment for an upload but I would like to
kindly ask you to review the package a sponsor its upload once the code
is on salsa.
