I had finished packaging of OTB in debian.

separating shared libraries into different packages.
adding symbol files using kdesymbolhelper.

I guess this is in a good state now and could be review. Paolo, could give
a try?

I cannot fix this lintian error when building OTB package for debian. To
come clean, I have this linitan error which I cannot fix. I hope someone
