All, Instead of all typing mails it is more useful to inspect the actual package.
OTB is under OSGeo incubation and one of the requirements is that all licenses are OSI compliant. in the subdirectory: http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-grass/otb.git/tree/Copyright licenses have already been listed. It seems most info is actually in this file: http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-grass/otb.git/tree/Copyright/ITKCopyright.txt All that is left to do is to link these licenses to the actual location in the directory structure. This will not be an easy job as OTB is quite a large package and some descriptions are somwhat vague , but may take less time than writing 70+ mails.
