Yes. I think it would be good to have this option as it clears lintian
error. add tinyxml as a dep for OTB and add OTB_USE_EXTERNAL_TINYXML=ON to
cmake settings

openjpeg can be built as a plugin for gdal[1].
could be cool if there can be a extra package called gdal-plugin-openjpeg
which can be a dependency for OTB
