Hi all. The issue with OTB seems more as an OTB packaging problem, as the CommandLine is actually there, but fails to run also from the shell: paolo@fox:~$ /usr/bin/otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine /usr/bin/otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine: error while loading shared libraries: libITKGDCM-4.5.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Any hint from OTB packagers? A missing deps? In short: we're still stuck, both with saga and otb, but at least we roughly know why (and these are quite different reasons).
