Hello!
In order to ease the bootstrap of the new loong64 port, please reduce
the build dependencies and number of enabled languages.
- Please disable Ada, D, Go and M2 for loong64 in debian/rules.def.
- Please add "!loong64" for gdb in debian/control.m4
The attached patch implements these changes.
