OK. Attaching a new set of patches. They're only different in the last
one, where I select a new set of languages. At this point

I don't build compilers for D
I do build compilers for C,C++,fortran,go,objc, objcxx, java

The builds complete for armel and i386 for these. The issue where we get
confused about i386/i486 exists in the D compiler build, so this is off
for now. I'd like to get the cross-compilers for common languages (c,c++
mostly) out of the door as soon as we can, then we can worry about
things like D.
