Well, after some playing I was able to build cross-arm gcc, g++ and libraries from gcc-3.3 source package. I also tried to integrate it more-or-less cleanly with dpkg-cross. That means, cross-library packages are architecture: all, and packages are named xxx-arm-cross. I will clean it up during several few days, and then submit to you.
