Is this deliberate? The pre7 and pre8 .changes both list the -doc package
in the Binary: field, but don't seem to build it. The only relevant entry
from the pre7 changelog seems to be:
* Disable gpc on hurd-i386 (closes: #189851).
If it is deliberate, please reassign this bug to ftp.debian.org and ask for
the package to be removed. If it's not, well, now you know.
