Package: gobjc
Version: 2:2.95.4-14
Severity: important

-- System Information
Debian Release: 3.0
Architecture: i386
Kernel: Linux kay.gnuu.de 2.4.18 #6 Tue Feb 4 16:22:38 CET 2003 i686
Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=de_DE

Versions of packages gobjc depends on:
ii cpp 2:2.95.4-14 The GNU C preprocessor.
ii gcc-2.95 1:2.95.4-7 The GNU C compiler.
ii gobjc-2.95 1:2.95.4-7 The GNU Objective-C compiler.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
As of documentation (/usr/doc/gobjc-2.95/README.Debian.gz) gobjc is
compiled for use with pthreads and programs written with objc have to
be linked against the pthread library. But there is no dependency
defined on this library (see above!)

pthread is part of the libc6 package, which is on every system, so
there is no explict dependency required.
