This wish is unlikely to be implemented. If you want to see this to become part of Debian gcc, I recommend that you first ask GCC maintainers to incorporate. Once it is incorporated upstream, it is much more reasonable to incorporate a backport to gcc 3.2 in Debian. Regards, Martin
