Concerning installation of packages from the distribution at http://packages.debian.org/stable.
I had to force installation of one of libstdc++2.10-dev and g++ 1:2.95.2-13 because they depend on each other. The bug reports link didn't work from the g++.html page. Sverker Nilsson
