This means we need to "downgrade" the .deb files derived from gcc-defaults. While we're at it, we're cleaning up the set of .deb files delivered to reflect the pieces we're actually building now. So, please remove the following from the archive: pool/main/g/gcc-defaults/chill_2.95.3-7_ia64.deb pool/main/g/gcc-defaults/cpp_3.0-3_ia64.deb pool/main/g/gcc-defaults/g++_3.0-3_ia64.deb pool/main/g/gcc-defaults/g77_3.0-3_ia64.deb pool/main/g/gcc-defaults/gcc_3.0-3_ia64.deb pool/main/g/gcc-defaults/gcj_3.0-3_ia64.deb pool/main/g/gcc-defaults/gobjc_3.0-3_ia64.deb pool/main/g/gcc-defaults/gpc_2.95.3-7_ia64.deb Once you're done, we'll upload gcc-defaults products versioned 2.96-1. This bug made release-critical since it must be resolved before woody release, hopefully much sooner than that. :-) Thanks! The package(s) will be physically removed automatically when no suite references them (and in the case of source, when no binary references it). Please also remember that the changes have been done on the master archive (ftp-master.debian.org) and will not propagate to any mirrors (ftp.debian.org included) until the next cron.daily run at the earliest. Packages are never removed from testing by hand. Testing tracks unstable and will automatically remove packages which were removed from unstable when removing them from testing causes no dependency problems. Bugs which have been reported against this package are not automatically removed from the Bug Tracking System. Please check all open bugs and close them or re-assign them to another package if the removed package was superseded by another one. Thank you for reporting the bug, which will now be closed.
