## About Mini-DebConf Marseille 2019 The Association Debian France [1] organizes a mini-DebConf in Marseille [2] (South-East France). This event will welcome everyone interested in the Debian project for a series of talks and workshops about Debian. Mini-DebConf Marseille 2019 will take place in "La Maison du Chant" (The House of Song), a singing and music school with a theatre where 60-80 people can sit. It is located in "49 rue Chape, Marseille, France" at walking distance from public transportation.
More information at http://minidebconf-mrs.debian.net/ ## Call for speakers In order to suggest a speaker, please email to the public mailing list: https://france.debian.net/mailman/listinfo/minidebconf ; your email message should provide the following information: * The speaker's preferred name * Their location (for travel budget considerations) * Their affiliation (institution and/or project) * The suggested talk topic * Brief biography (50-100 words) as it relates to the suggested topic * The choice between 20 or 40 minutes duration All proposals must be submitted before Monday April 21st 2019 to be evaluated for the schedule. ## Debian sprints We are also open to sprints proposals, but we have to know in advance to organize places and accommodation.
