Please go ahead when the need arises, i.e. when there are events
that warrant such a page.
In former times there were only very few events in these countries
so it's a lot easier to get ahold of them and ensure that somebody's
around. Germany seems to be flooded by events, see the 9 upcoming
events for this year.
