You had one change in the Englis version which was apparently triggered by a comment of mine. I'm suggesting a slight additional change of wording, hopefully making it a bit more idiomatic. I've sent diffs for Swedish against Joey's CVS version 1.6 to him under separate cover. If somebody else is reviewing Swedish, could you please take another look whenever Joey has updated the CVS repository version. It's basically just a merge of diffs I've posted here before but the changes against CVS v1.6 are rather significant in some places. I can compile a list of things which seem to be haunting new localized versions if there is interest (inconsistent spelling of some programming languages, etc). However, I think the best starting point would be to have a good change log for the English and German versions, because a lot of the new translations seem to be based on earlier versions of those. I don't know what the DDP are using to track changes which need to be applied to any downstream translations of a document, but I imagine they must have +some+ sort of mechanism in place for this already. /* era */ Index: english.tex =================================================================== RCS file: /var/cvs/debian/goodies/flyers/general/english.tex,v retrieving revision 1.6 diff -u -r1.6 english.tex --- english.tex 13 Jun 2002 17:56:39 -0000 1.6 +++ english.tex 14 Jun 2002 10:46:04 -0000 @@ -129,7 +129,7 @@ \def\Windowsystem{ % -the X11 Window System, completed by dozens of window managers and the +the X11 Window System, complete with dozens of window managers and the two leading desktops: Gnome and KDE % } -- Too much to say to fit into this .signature anyway: <http://www.iki.fi/era/> Fight spam in Europe: <http://www.euro.cauce.org/> * Sign the EU petition -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
