Hello, At some point I started telling people that they needed
Depends: emacsen-common (>= 2.0.8)
for their elpa-* binary packages.
This was wrong. dh-elpa adds emacsen-common to ${misc:Depends}.
Any explicit dependencies that were added are harmless and there is no
need to perform uploads to remove them.
