Well, that could be a quite short meeting, IMHO: The people who know Edubuntu will perfectly know in what respect it is better than Debian Edu. So they could file wishlist bugs preferably with patches and thus help reducing their own work later on once they do the usual Debian-unstable to Ubuntu fork. This helps both projects and is explained in less than five lines of text. Why spending much time in a meeting? Once Edubuntu people have proven their real interest in cooperation by following the suggestion above it might be time for enhancing the relation in some more aspects.
