Is the kiosk-profile also limiting usermodification of desktop
background?
As far as I can see, users can change theme and the number of desktops,
but they can not change the desktop background. Many students find this
annoying!
Nope, not by the designated kiosk profile. At least I cannot find the
configuration setting for it. I suspect that it is done by
debian-edu-artwork, but it should IMHO be done by the kiosk mode (if it
is
wished).
But why is it so, then? and how to change this?
