How to access cipux or webmin in test version

Hi

Have installed skolelinux/Debianedu version 3.0 test02 and cant access 
cipux/webmin. Is it not included by default or is it something I do wrong.

Tried https://10.0.2.2:10000  with no success

Any ideas?
