Nope, only first time. The changes I made to /etc/ldap/slapd.conf ensures that the the values for shadowLastChange changes from 0 to about 13000, the number of days since 1.1.1970 It is probably quit easy to make it so that they must change their passwords at a regular basis, once a month, or once a year.
