Hi, I've been having problems with dpkg for sometime now. These problems fall under "dependencies", where applications cannot be installed or configured due to this fact. My distribution is Ubuntu Jaunty (9.04) and i am having "pre-depends" problems with libc6 where it claims to need findutils. However nothing i try has a positive effect. All research from websites yield failure and the only possible solution is a clean install of the entire Linux O/S. This for me is not feasible as I have been doing that since i started using Debian-like distros three (3) years ago. I feel that this is a serious bug and needs to resolved ASAP.
