Hi dpkg team, I copied Google's cache of dpkg.org/ConffileHandling into the Debian wiki at http://wiki.debian.org/DpkgConffileHandling . Since dpkg.org no longer exists and it isn't clear whether it will be reinstated, I thought it would be a good idea to keep this informative page easily available.
