OK - my assumptions lead me astray. The AIX toolbox site has the
RPMS divided into two directories : ia64 and ppc. I guess the RPMS under
the ppc directory would handle 64-bit systems too.
I guess this is another architecture that AIX runs on that the
port would have to handle....
