Yes, I have a .tar.gz of a /var/lib/dpkg tree, if you use that and try to install then try to install libggi-target-svgalib and libggi-target-x dpkg will die. I'm uploading the relevant stuff to http://klecker.debian.org/~wakkerma/dpkg/ now, it should be there in 20 minutes.
